The positives of this product is that it works to raise the metabolism but does so in a way where, at least for me, it makes me feel jittery, nervous, kind of gives me that "sick" feeling of taking too much caffeine. I also do a lot of running so I've taken other thermogenics in the past but I don't know, something in this one made me want to stop taking it.
If your body is sensitive to caffeine, I wouldn't recommend this supplement. On Dr. Oz's recommendation I tried the "natural" route, and began taking raspberry ketones, 50 Grams Raspberry Ketones Pure Bulk Powder. Gives me the energy, appetite control, and metabolism boost without the negatives. Worth trying if cost and side effects are an issue for you.

I bought this pill at the recommendation of my personal trainer. I had been working out for almost 3 months ; had not dropped a pound. I was told that a few other female clients had taken this pill ; they had seen very quick results. I unfortunately had too many negative side effects ; had to discontinue using it, therefore I did not lose any weight taking it.
This pill:
1. made me hyperventilate ; sweat profusely
2. made my mouth ; throat extremely dry .. I was literally drink about 2 gallons of water a day on this pill
3. gave me MASSIVE headaches
I really would NOT recommend this pill to ANYONE
