I started this supplement with alot of doubt. I have used supplements before and diet pills, I have yo-yo dieted for many years. Battling many health issues has put me on the couch, fatigued and now overweight. I started this supplement and it seems to be working. It helps me keep my appetite in check. I'm not constantly thinking of food. I also started the 30min workout and I feel great when I complete this. With back problems and arthritis this is the perfect kick in the butt I needed. I will continue using this product.
I used this product for several weeks, lost no weight, and couldn't sleep due to the extreme amount of caffeine. Maybe it works for some, but not for me. I really wish it had!
