I have just finished with my first bottle of Sweet Sweat and I am very impressed with the results. I have lost 2 inches from my waist and about 1 1/2 from my thighs. I just ordered another bottle because now I can't even imagine working out without it. Do not get discouraged if you do not sweat at first, it took about a week for my body to start getting a good sweat.
It is excellent if you use this product once a day before walking or running. Apply just little cream all over your belly and wrap the area with microwave plastic, and take away plastic when you feel sweaty and clean your skin with a dry cloth.
