They are expensive IMO but it's a worthy trade off if you are looking for protein bars that don't taste like cardboard (don't forget to drink water!) and contain a good amount of protein.
Good for replacing a meal couple of times a week but I wouldn't overload on them, blowing through box in a week probably wouldn't be a good idea as they aren't the healthiest things in the world to eat.

I purchased these to go along with my P90X workout DVDs and recommended Nutrition Plan. These are perfect for in-between meals or as a meal replacement. They taste great, are very filling and they seem pretty damn healthy too. The high protein content is especially good given that I am in the "Fat Burning" phase of P90X where high protein is needed.
All in all, a great product...just wish they were cheaper since I am re-ordering.
