I have used this product before and lost 10 lbs without dieting. This time I am dieting too. It really reduces my appetite, I have less desire to eat between meals. I will buy it again when my supply runs out.

I purchased Original Diet Patch 30 Patches By Dermathol less than a week ago. It arrived really fast and was well-packaged. So I read the reviews and was particularly interested in the side affects someone mentioned (ie.shakiness, nervousness, nauseous). But for $13 I thought I'd try them. I tried one patch the first time applied on my lower stomach area. Within an hour I felt shakiness and nervousness setting in. I figured this may happen as I have low tolerance to meds (etc). So I removed the patch and cut it in half and reapplied it in same area. Slight side affects as previously mentioned once again. Removed patch and cut in half once again. AHHHHH! Just right! So I have tried this for 3 days, applying one quarter of a patch each day (16 hrs on then remove per day). I have lost 4 pounds, don't feel any side affects and don't feel "hungry" all the time. I have noticed that I don't feel preoccupied thinking about food or with constant snacking. But I still eat 5 small meals per day (3 small meals and 2 snacks or equal to 1400 calories). It definitely has taken the edge off my appetite!
